Baked Mochi

作法:

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Mix dry ingredients in large mixing bowl.
    Add water and coconut milk gradually until well mixed.
  3. Add vanilla and a few drops of food color.
  4. Pour into greased 9-by13-inch pan. Cover tightly with foil.
  5. Place pan in center of oven. Bake for one hour. Uncover and cool for several hours.
  6. Cut into pieces for service.

附註:

  1. 9X13 盤子底抹一點油,有助於拿出烤好的成品,
  2. 糯米粉留一部分,或另外準備一些麵茶粉,切塊後撒上,以免黏在一起。
  3. 冰凍後再切,比較容易切,一面切,一面撒粉。切好放到回復室溫,既可享用。
