底層

材料

1. 麵粉 1 1/3 杯
2. Margarine 1 bar
3. 發粉 一點點
4. 鹽 一點點
5. 糖 less than 1/3 杯
6. Milk 1 table spoon
7. Egg 1個

作法

Mix above 7 ingredients together to make the pie crust. Preheat 375 degree, bake ? minutes.
or use“the ready to use” pie crust.

Cake

材料

2 bar (8 oz) of cream cheese
1/2 cup of sugar
1 bag of gelatin
1 cup of hot water

Put gelatin into the hot water, mix well then mix sugar into it.
Using mixer to mix the above with cream cheese
